When a Recipient receives their first document, the Recipient is given the opportunity to approve all information as correct, after which the information is locked for security reasons.
If a Recipient needs to change their name on a TRUE document, it is first required that all existing documents are deleted - after which the name can be changed in TRUEs system and a new document (with the correct name) can be Issued.
