NOTE! All changes made to the document are permanent after they have been saved, therefore we only recommend that you do this if you have some prior knowledge.
A user can change certain limited parts of the design of a document - for example, name of certificate, content of text (eg replacing "diploma" with "certificate"). For more advanced changes such as animation, you need to contact TRUE.
1. Go to "Design templates"
2. Then select the document you want to change:

Under "Edit crt" the name of the document can be changed in two different options:
Internal name = The name of the document displayed in the list in the dashboard.
Public name = The name of the document displayed on the document itself - eg "diploma" or "certificate".
2: Under "edit settings & data" the text content of the document is changed, as well as the signature:
When the changes have been made, press "save".
