Since TRUE's documents cannot be changed once they have been verified, you first need to delete the existing, incorrect document, and then create a new one.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1:
1. Go to "issued".
2. Select the document you want to delete (or use the search box if you do not see it immediately)
Step 2:
1. Choose "options"
2. "Request Delete"
Step 3:
1. Enter reason.
2. Choose "Request delete".
Then create a new document with the correct name.
