To issue a document in TRUE-Dashboard please follow the instructions in the video below, or read instructions by text below the video.

Text Instructions:

• Inside of TRUE-Dashboard - Press Send / Issue
• Select a Template (This is your designed templates for specific documents)
• Upload data through your preferred method (Excel, manual or through API if you've set that up with us) and Continue
• Preview the document and edit data as needed Save & Continue
• At the last step you'll get one last chance to preview and confirm all the documents that's about to issue, press Confirm to send your documents (Large quantity of documents will be sent out in batches to prevent getting spam-blocked)
